By accessing or using AYUSHA AI ("AYUSHA", "Service"), operated by Dr.ZeaMed Health, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under parental supervision if you are 13–17. The Service is not available to children under 13.
AYUSHA AI uses large language models and curated AYUSH knowledge bases. While we work to ensure accuracy and cite sources, AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations before acting on them.
Practitioners listed on the platform are independent professionals. AYUSHA verifies AYUSH Mark and registration credentials but does not warrant the outcome of any consultation. Bookings, prescriptions and follow-ups are between you and the practitioner.
Some features may require a paid plan. Charges, refunds and renewals are governed by the pricing displayed at checkout. You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
All platform content, software, branding and design are owned by Dr.ZeaMed Health or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, granting AYUSHA a limited licence to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYUSHA AI and Dr.ZeaMed Health are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
