AYUSHA AI ("AYUSHA", "we", "our") is operated by Dr.ZeaMed Health. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of our digital AYUSH health platform.

AYUSHA AI is designed for educational and wellness support and does not replace consultation with a licensed medical practitioner. Health information you share with us is treated as sensitive personal data.

1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number, language and avatar preferences.
Health data: Prakriti assessment answers, symptoms, vitals, wearable readings, medication and herb usage, conversation history with the AYUSHA assistant.
Usage data: device type, app version, anonymised analytics events.
Optional integrations: ABDM health ID linkage, Fitbit and other wearable data — only when you explicitly connect them.

2. How we use your information

Provide personalised Prakriti analysis, recommendations and AYUSH guidance.
Maintain your electronic health record (FHIR R4) and enable interoperability with ABDM where you opt in.
Detect drug–herb interactions and surface safety alerts.
Improve the platform through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
Communicate service updates, appointment reminders and consent-based notifications.

3. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) practitioners you book consultations with, (b) infrastructure providers under strict data-processing agreements, (c) ABDM-enabled systems where you provide explicit consent, and (d) authorities when required by law.

4. Data security

Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls, audit logging and role-based permissions protect your records. We follow security practices aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and HIPAA principles.

5. Your rights

Access, export or delete your data at any time from your profile.
Withdraw consent for ABDM linkage, wearable sync, or analytics.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Children's privacy

AYUSHA AI is not intended for users under 13. Users between 13–18 must use the platform under parental supervision.
